Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS) Prevention Training
Workshops ranging from 1-3 hours are available to service providers interested in SBS prevention. The program also teaches individuals how to cope with crying babies (What to do when you baby can’t stop crying!). Participants receive an overview of the causes of SBS, risk factors and prevention strategies. Materials such as a PowerPoint, audio of a baby crying and DVDs are all available for use.
